CGA Maldives Participates in Glasgow 2026 Chef de Mission Seminar
The Commonwealth Games Association of Maldives (CGA Maldives) was represented by Secretary General Thamooh Ahmed Saeed and Chef de Mission Fazna Jaleel at the Chef de Mission Seminar for the forthcoming Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026.
The seminar represents a key preparatory platform in the lead-up to the Games, convening Chefs de Mission and senior delegation representatives from across the Commonwealth. The programme provided detailed briefings on critical areas of Games operations, including accreditation procedures, athlete services, accommodation arrangements, competition scheduling, transport systems, medical services, and safeguarding protocols.
In addition to operational briefings, the seminar offered an important opportunity for engagement and knowledge exchange among participating nations, supporting collaboration and the sharing of best practices in Games preparation and delegation management.
